In 2009, Libby became one of Kentwood’s youngest independent agents at age 25. Since then, Libby has been recognized by the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® (DMAR) for eight consecutive years of excellence, selling more than $180 million. She has been featured in 5280 and Top Producer magazines, newspapers, and on HGTV. She also has earned the highest credentials in residential real estate sales: Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate REALTOR® Institute and Certified International Property Specialist. A key player on DMAR’s nationally-influential Market Trends Committee, Libby is also DMAR’s National Association of REALTORS® Director and has served on DMAR’s board of directors.
In addition to cultivating lasting relationships with her clients and working tirelessly to earn her 100% referral base, digital marketing is a key communications strategy for Libby. Libby reflects on her years after graduating from the University of Colorado and realizes that saying “yes” to everything that scared her opened all of the doors she has walked through today. This includes doing media interviews, joining boards, travelling alone and even rappelling down a 35-story-building. When Libby isn’t working, she loves to take long walks around Cherry Creek with her pups and relaxing on quick getaways to new cities as well as old favorites.

Brandon Brennick is the Managing Broker with Kentwood Real Estate Cherry Creek, where he started his career as a Broker in 1999. One of Denver’s top real estate brokers since joining The Kentwood Company, Brandon has received the Denver Metro Association of Realtors Excellence Award 20 years in a row with over $400,000,000 in production. Brandon now specializes in management and mentoring agents seeking to bring their business into the mid to high end markets. His passions are in contractual negotiations, presentation strategy and derivatives which are things Brandon truly loves to share and hone with his 70+ agents.
Raised in Evergreen, Colorado, and a graduate of the University of Colorado in Boulder, Brandon understands the Colorado real estate market and its trajectory. Brandon also serves as the President of Real Estate for Pike Grain Company, Inc., where he oversees acquisition and disposition of all real estate and farm holdings in Colorado, Missouri, Utah and Arizona. He also serves on the Board for the Luxury Home Tour of Colorado.
Brandon and his wife Kelly have two children, Andrew and Piper, and he credits his family and friends for his success. An avid sports fan, Brandon grew up playing competitive soccer, golf and tennis, and has coached both soccer and baseball. When he’s not helping real estate clients, you’ll find him at a Broncos game, on the golf course, at a live concert, or fishing in Colorado’s backcountry.
